Key consulting areas include:
- Technical ergonomics advice, including risk assessment and control measure development in the manufacturing, retail, banking, cleaning, health, telecommunications and the confectionary environment. Commissioned research and project work is also undertaken.
- Development and presentation of tailored training sessions, seminars and workshops. Christine has expertise in manual handling, occupational overuse syndrome, risk management, OHS management systems, change management, ergonomics, OHS law and OHS management planning. Training is designed to be fun and interactive.
- Workplace design, including advice on user-centred workspaces, work and equipment for architects, engineers, human resources and OHS staff in both small and large scale organsiations. Working as part of the design team is often the most effective way to embed ergonomic input.
- OHS planning and OHS system development, including tailored strategic planning, OHS management system development, implementation and evaluation and review, including positive performance indicators development, for the prevention of musculoskeletal injury.
